We only work on an exclusive agreement with you as this approach guarantees quality. Depending on the position we recommend an individual search method and market approach. With a detailed market and competition analysis, a potential target list and based on comparable competency-based interviews you will be able to select and hire the right manager for your company. Our promise of quality is reflected through an included replacement during the approbation period. We work with the fee models of retained and contingency search on an exclusive agreement. Furthermore, we integrate an impact and sponsor 3% of our revenue for training and educational project.

 

Approach

(1) Kick-off

We discuss the requirements of the position and prepare a briefing with detailed job specification for your “wish candidate”.

During the Professional & Executive Search we use our market knowledge and prepare a target list of companies and candidates based on our market analysis.

(2) Search

Our Search Model is based on a discrete and Im Rahmen der Suchstrategie arbeiten wir vorrangig mit diskreter und verdeckter Suche. Mögliche Vorgehensweisen sind Direktansprache von „passiven“ Kandidaten über Web 2.0, Active Sourcing, Datenbanken, unser Kontaktnetzwerk und nach Absprache auch Ansprache von „aktiven Bewerbern“. Wir besprechen gemeinsam die Suchstrategie und passen diese je nach Position entsprechend an.

(3) Identification

During the search process, we create a potential candidate list as a long list.

During phone call interviews we work with comparable questions and topics which guarantee objectivity and comparability.

(4) Presentation

You will receive a shortlist presentation with a recommendation of selected and interviewed candidates.

(5) Selection

We recommend a selection of candidates for a face to face interview and if desired we coordinate interviews. According to a prior agreement, we obtain references and assist during the contract negotiation phase.

(6) Onboard

We stay in contact with you during the probation period of your new manager and employee to accompany a successful onboarding and offer feedback calls if desired.
