You want to fill a middle or senior position in your team? Every search requires an individual approach, search technique and a customized solution. We work primarily on an exclusive basis on your Executive Search mandate to achieve the highest quality. We focus on passive candidates, which are currently not active looking for new job opportunities on the applicant market. Representing your company and corporate identity is key. We use a comparable selection strategy during the interview period which provides you the opportunity to select the right candidate. Our quality promise is reflected with a guaranteed replacement within the probation period. Our search models are aligned with the Retained and Contingency Search, both with an exclusive approach. Retained Search

Contingency Search

(1) We work for 24 days exclusively on your mandate

We will have an intake interview where we discuss the requirements of the position and create a precise description of the position as a ground work for the search.

During our Executive Search process we work primarily with a direct and discrete approach. We take advantage of our network, database of candidates, active sourcing within Web 2.0., approach of “active candidates” and other individual based sources. We discuss the sourcing strategy in a common conversation and will adapt it individually per position.

During the period of idenfication we build a candidate list with potential candidates. We will have individual competency based interviews with each candidate and will present those in comparable guidelines.

You will receive a shortlist presentation from us and with given recommendations. A comparable interview process will guarantee an objective selection of all presented candidates.

We support you during the process of selection and organize interview appointments if requested. On request we will check references and we will support you during contract negotiations. p>

We will stay in touch with you and your new employee during the probation period and schedule per request feedback conversations.
