We created this programme for people who want to enter the German employee market. As every other market has it´s own characteristics, we are offering candidates abroad professional help on „CV and career coaching to apply in Germany“.
About us:
We work within Executive Search and Talent Recruitment ususally only with companies in Germany with the focus on hospitality, food, consumer goods, luxury, travel and mobility. Therefore we talked to several candidates weekly and realized there is a big need and questions around entering Germany as a market. Our focus is on quality and we only take a few slots per week to advise people/ leaders coming from abroad.

CV and Career Coaching (1hrs)
- Market update – you get an update from us how the current economy and market looks like
- CV check – we review your CV and will give you 3-5 recommendations to apply on the German market
- Jobboards – you get a list of all relevant Jobboards from us for your area of expertise
- Companies – we provide you with some (international) companies in your area of expertise who you could approach according to your industry
- Salary – what to expect per industry – overview about taxes, insurances etc.
- Miscelleanous – we share ideas individually to your specific situation
